By accessing or using any ComelyLabs application or digital service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Additional terms may apply to certain features, promotions, or products. If those additional terms conflict with these Terms of Use, the additional terms will control for that specific offering.

You may use the services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms of Use.

If you are under the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, you may use the services only with any consent required by applicable law.

• Some services may be used in guest mode, while others require account registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information where requested and keep your account information reasonably current.
• You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Certain ComelyLabs services may allow sign-in through third-party identity providers such as Apple, Google, or Kakao. Your use of those sign-in methods is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant provider.

We are not responsible for outages, access restrictions, credential issues, or policy changes imposed by third-party login providers.

• Paid subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by ComelyLabs.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date according to the rules of the applicable platform.
• You are responsible for managing, canceling, or changing your subscription settings through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
• Pricing, trial availability, billing cycles, and renewal terms may vary by product, platform, country, and promotional offering.
• Refund eligibility and refund processing are governed by the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

ComelyLabs may offer both free and paid features. Feature availability may differ between apps, subscription tiers, device platforms, countries, or test programs.

We may add, remove, limit, or replace free or paid features at any time, including discontinuing a free feature or moving a feature behind a paid plan, subject to applicable law and any notice we decide or are required to provide.

You retain responsibility for the content and data you create, upload, save, or transmit through the services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to use that content in connection with the services.

You grant ComelyLabs a limited right to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the services.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data. We do not guarantee that content or data will always be available, preserved, or recoverable.

You may not use the services to:

• Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or malicious content.
• Interfere with the integrity, performance, or security of the service.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or exploit the services except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Use the services in a way that imposes unreasonable load or disrupts other users.

The services, including software, interface design, branding, text, graphics, and related materials, are owned by ComelyLabs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the services under these Terms of Use, no license or ownership right is transferred to you.

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the services at any time for business, technical, legal, or operational reasons.

We will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material adverse changes when practicable, but some changes may occur immediately due to urgent security, legal, infrastructure, or platform requirements.

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Use, created legal or security risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, or interfered with the operation of the services.

You may stop using the services at any time and may request account deletion where supported. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund except as required by applicable law or platform policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

ComelyLabs does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or suitable for your specific needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ComelyLabs and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ComelyLabs' total liability for claims arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to ComelyLabs for the relevant service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50 if you did not pay for the service.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.
